The present website, developed by the Spanish National Bar, offers free access to information about Legal Aid, with the intention of providing useful information for users interested in exercising their right to this service.

Said information:

4.1. Completing forms

In the event that forms are provided, the user is fully identified, as it is the user him or herself who voluntarily enters the information on our forms.

The personal data voluntarily provided by the user shall be processed only as necessary to help us prepare statistics or register your subscription to our electronic newsletter, allowing you to benefit from future correspondence.

In any event, each of our forms includes a specific privacy clause which allows the user to give his/her consent to automated processing of the data provided, in accordance with the LOPD.

The information provided by the user shall be used by the Spanish National Bar solely for the following purposes:

– Sending information expressly requested by the user.

– Processing requests for Legal Aid, forwarding them to the appropriate organisation, in accordance with Law 1/1996, of 10 January, on Free Legal Aid.

In any event, all users included in our databases may exercise their access, rectification and cancellation rights.
